As a Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for translating business needs into technical solutions that drive success and competitive advantage. This role involves a combination of technical expertise, project management skills, and a deep understanding of business requirements. You will collaborate with development teams, customer success, UX/UI Designers, and other stakeholders to ensure that solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned with organizational goals.

What you’ll do

  • Deeply understand customers’ usage of GRC frameworks, their challenges around observability, and use your subject market expertise to help customers configure the right GRC to monitor and secure their assets effectively.
  • Guide customers in adopting best practices for cyber security GRC using Archangel, ensuring they leverage US AI’s services across their organizations.
  • Facilitate and assist in development of tool integrations between the organizations existing cyber security tools and Archangel.
  • Educate customers on the value proposition of Archangel, conduct training sessions to transfer knowledge to customers considering or already using Archangel, and participate in deep architectural discussions to address observability challenges.
  • Collaborate with customers to design and implement world-class GRC solutions using Archangel, ensuring they meet compliance requirements and provide effective risk management.
  • Build comprehensive training materials, solution briefs, blogs, documentation, and webinar content for the wider field technical teams, enabling them to effectively promote and support Datadog’s latest product offerings.
  • Collaborate with other teams at US AI, including Marketing, Sales, Community, Documentation, and Evangelism, to ensure the success of the Cloud Integrations and Infrastructure product family.
  • Act as a Trusted Advisor to Product Management by providing high-quality feedback based on your field experience and observations, contributing to the continuous improvement of Archangel’s GRC capabilities.
  • Collaborate with development teams to enhance and support effective GRC monitoring, ensuring their performance and accuracy meet the desired outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Cybersecurity technologies, research, and trends, and provide recommendations for incorporating them into our solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, UX/UI design, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration of new capabilities into our products and services.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Cybersecurity technologies, providing guidance and support to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in enterprise architecture, including the use of microservices and service-oriented architecture (SOA).
  • Expertise in designing and implementing API-driven architectures and managing integrations across different systems.
  • Experience in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, Google).

Required Skills / Certifications

  • Certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect or Google Cloud Certified
  • Familiarity with Application Programming Interface standards and methods
  • Experience with NIST 800-53 standards and policies

Security clearance

  • You must be able to obtain a security clearance (Secret or higher) – US Citizenship required

COMPENSATION

  • $55,000-$125,000 per year based on skills, experience
